General

What is the currency used on this website?
Singapore Dollars (SGD) is the currency used on the Mint & Ordinary website.
How can I pay for my items?

Credit/Debit Card payments, direct bank transfers and Paypal are acceptable modes of payments on this site.

While Credit/Debit card payment services are provided by Stripe and Paypal, even if you do not have a Stripe/Paypal account, you can pay for your items using your credit/debit card. Please note that all credit/debit card or Paypal transactions and collection of card information are processed entirely by Paypal/Stripe and we do not store any of your card information or details.

For direct bank transfers (local Singapore accounts only), please kindly choose the ‘bank transfer’ option upon check out and following the instructions shown.

Fund transfers must be made within 24 hours or the order will be cancelled.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Yes, we do! Please contact us using the form on our wholesale page here or email us your enquiry at wholesale@mintordinary.com. Do let us know a little more about your shop, business and we will get back to you soon. We do ship wholesale orders internationally.

How do I verify the authenticity of the print(s) bought?

All prints from Mint & Ordinary are stamped and numbered with their individual codes. All prints have been created on high quality paper stock which has a subtle texture, all carefully handpicked.

Do you offer gift-wrapping services?

Unfortunately we do not offer gift-wrapping services at the moment.

What is your return and refund policy?

We are unable to offer returns on items due to change of mind. Items purchased on sale may not be returned. Please note that different computer monitor/mobile devices display colours differently to the actual product. Unused and unopened items in their original packaging may be returned to us (at your sole cost) within 7 days of receipt for a refund. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) and we will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as soon as we can.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


We regret that we will only be able to offer refunds for items purchased from the Website.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Shipping

What are your local (Singapore) shipping charges?

We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you. Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout based on the weight of your items.

Generally, available shipping options are as follows:

  • Local postage (table rates of Singapore Post apply, calculated on checkout)
  • Registered Mail (Trackable): $2.24 in addition to local postage fees
  • A.M Mail Letterbox Next Day Delivery*: $2.90
  • A.M Mail Doorstep Next Day Delivery*: $4.40

These may vary depending on the size of the items that we may offer in our shop. We reserve the right to choose the best method of shipping your items within the selected range. For example, A.M. Mail envelope has a size limit up to A4 and 300g, hence an alternative shipping method will be used. Please also kindly note that “next day” service indicated refers to the next day from the day we ship out, after 1 – 3 days of processing. Do let us know if your order is urgent and we will do our best to expedite the order.

Please kindly note that the local shipping service is operated by Singapore Post (Singpost). While we do do our best to process your orders as soon as possible, we cannot be responsible for Singapore Post’s delivery timings or service. Do choose Registered Mail of you would like a trackable delivery.

Important point to note: if you qualify for free local shipping, we reserve the discretion to choose an appropriate mode of shipping, including non-trackable mail. If you wish for it to be delivered via a trackable service, please kindly select the relevant shipping method upon check out.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship internationally. The shipping costs are calculated upon checkout based on the weight of your items.

What are your international shipping charges?

Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout based on the weight of your items.

Generally, available shipping options are as follows:

  • International postage (table rates of Singapore Post apply, calculated on checkout)
  • Registered Mail (Trackable): $2.50 in addition to international postage fees

These may vary depending on the size of the items that we may offer in our shop. We reserve the right to choose the best method of shipping your items within the selected range. For example, due to size and/or weight limits of selected method, hence an alternative shipping method will be used. Do let us know if your order is urgent and we will do our best to expedite the order.


Please kindly note that international shipping service is operated by Singapore Post (Singpost) and your country’s postal service. While we do do our best to process your orders as soon as possible, we cannot be responsible for delivery timings or service. Do choose Registered Mail of you would like a trackable delivery.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Generally, standard orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 working days. After which, your chosen shipping method will determine the delivery timing. The following is an estimation provided by Singapore Post:


Local (Singapore)

  • Local postage: 3- 5 working days
  • Registered Mail (Trackable): 2 – 3 working days
  • A.M Mail: 1 – 2 working days

International

  • 5 – 14 working days

Do kindly note that delivery times are only estimates, and services are provided by the Postal services. We cannot be held responsible for delivery times or services once your order is shipped out. Please expect delays during peak seasons. We also cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items in the process of delivery.

Custom Design, Commissioned Work, Collaboration

I need a custom print. Can you do it?

Yes! We would love to help get that lingering idea in your head on paper. For prints, you can check out the available slots and make an order here, or drop an email to hello@mintordinary.com.

Do you create commissioned work?

Yes! Our design and stationery studio offers a wide array of creative solutions, specializing in hand lettering and hand drawn illustrations for bespoke stationery and branding – custom typography for commercial use, logo design etc. Please contact hello@mintordinary.com for more information.

Can you sponsor your products? I have many followers!
